For me this with CPM reduction have more sense than time or comments restrictions ...

If we have a censorship free social network ( with some kind of payment ) that`s it ...

But if you say you can`t post "good morning/evening" posts or say hello to someone on social netwotk - what kind of social network this is ?

Second thing is hidden post because "bad content" ..

If this content doesn`t bother or offend anyone - why is it important to be "good enough" ?
