As much I see and appreciate effort to get users to behave the right way, that is trying to discourage members from rushing between posts.True Engagements can't be forced and users will find a way to work around the system.

Some users do this because they can't understand posts because of English limitations on their side.

Some users just want to reach their target and it makes sense after all we are mining and the best miner is the one who end up with lot of gold at the end of the day.

Miners that slow down by reading and giving long comments don't get much rewards.
