Since  the Reputation feature was implemented, i always was critical about this feature, because i believe it didn't have any real value, also some member think that more reputation you have it means more contribution you give to community.

OK but does anybody check your reputation points before they read your post?  To check somebody's reputation you have to go to their profile or you have to check in About/Members tab. Why not then showing reputation in the members post like in the picture below, this way you would know if the member is good contributor.

Also would it be good that every time you promote the post, the post to go up 1 time, for example if my post is third in the board and if or someone else promotes my post, then post  to move up  in second place and if you promote one more time to move in first place. 

I think this way if post is good, and if it gets promoted many times, the post would stay in top of the board for longer and members would have more chance to read the good posts.
