I have a question related to the languages in a board .

Can we use multiple languages?

Like here in my country most of the people can't speak and write English that well So if I create my own board I can't invite that friends

Disadvantages of selecting local language

And If I select local language in a board than it will limit that board only in my country I can only invite people from my country

But i want other members of bbs to join that board So Can I set two languages in one board?

Like my own people can even write post in local language but others write in English? Is it allowed or not ?
