Micah Parsons is the only member of the Green Bay Packers who made the 2025 NFL Pro Bowl Games. He's not going to play in it, obviously, due to a torn ACL he suffered a few weeks ago, but he absolutely earned the honor.
Parsons' season was cut short, but he still finished with 12.5 sacks, 26 quarterback hits, 79 pressures, 41 tackles and two forced fumbles. He was elite for the Packers and worth everything they gave up for him.
It was also a historic season for Parsons. He became the only player in NFL history with at least 12 sacks in his first five seasons. He's also now become the first player since Aaron Donald to be name a Pro Bowler in each of his first five seasons.
That's all worth celebrating, but unfortunately, as mentioned, Parsons is the only Pro Bowler on this team.
The Pro Bowl is not the barometer of talent that it used to be but it's still a good way to see how your roster stacks up with everyone else in the NFL. Again, it's not a great measure of team success. For instance, the Detroit Lions have five Pro Bowlers and they are threatening to finish last in the NFC North this season. It is a good way to measure who is playing at a high level compared to other players at their same position, though.
So in that sense, is it a bit disappointing that only one Packer is a Pro Bowler? Yes it is.
The unfortunate reality, though, is that there really are no snubs.
You may be able to make a case for Jordan Love. Even with missing much of last week's game against the Chicago Bears with a concussion, Love has thrown for 3,381 yards and 23 touchdowns compared to just six interceptions. His average QBR this season is 72.9, which is third best amongst all NFL quarterbacks.
The three NFC Pro Bowl quarterbacks are Matthew Stafford, Dak Prescott and Sam Darnold.
Stafford is putting up MVP numbers, so he's a no-brainer, but Love's numbers do compare favorably to Prescott and Darnold. Prescott would also have had an MVP season if his Dallas Cowboys weren't already eliminated from the playoffs.
Darnold has thrown for 3,703 yards and 24 touchdowns compared to 13 interceptions. His average QBR is 60.8, but his Seattle Seahawks are 12-3 while Love's Packers are 9-5-1.
You can absolutely make the case for Love over Darnold here, but it's not an egregious snub.
Other than that, the only other player who had a shot was running back Josh Jacobs, who has rushed for 926 yards and 13 touchdowns. He's been a rock for the Packers, but Jahmyr Gibbs has already rushed for 1,102 yards and 13 touchdowns while adding 560 yards and four touchdowns through the air, Christian McCaffrey has rushed for 1,039 yards and nine touchdowns while also adding seven touchdowns through the air, and Bijan Robinson has rushed for 1,250 yards and six touchdowns with three touchdowns through the air.
Jacobs has been great for the Packers, but Gibbs, McCaffrey and Robinson are worthy Pro Bowl picks.
Tucker Kraft would have been a no-doubt Pro Bowler had he not torn his ACL much like Parsons, but nobody else on this team has really played at that kind of level consistently in 2025.
Offensive tackle Zach Tom has been injured too often, Rashan Gary has been stuck at 7.5 sacks for weeks now, Devonte Wyatt was playing great but he's also out for the season. None of Green Bay's corners have been playing particularly well and Xavier McKinney and Evan Williams have been solid but they don't have the flashy numbers.
Linebackers Quay Walker and Edgerrin Cooper are both playing at a high level, but there are only two linebacker spots, and Zach Baun and Jack Campbell are both worthy of their selections.
Ultimately you can have some gripes, but snubs? Unfortunately, that's just not the case with this team.
