Max Scherzer continues to build a Hall of Fame resume.

This season has been one of ups-and-downs for Toronto Blue Jays starting pitcher and three-time Cy Young winner Max Scherzer, but it's also been one where he's continued to build his National Baseball Hall of Fame resume.

Scherzer reached over 3,500 strikeouts earlier this season and passed 3,000 innings pitched in a loss against the Boston Red Sox on Thursday.
