A Toronto Blue Jays up-and-comer was named Eastern League Player of the Week on Monday.

Keys, 22, plays third base for the New Hamphire Fisher Cats, the Jays' Double-A affiliate. He had quite the showing in five games last week, going 9-for-18 with a pair of doubles, three home runs and nine RBIs. That translated to a league-best 1.682 OPS and a 1.111 slugging percentage for the week.
