The Toronto Blue Jays, amidst several injuries to its starting rotation, brought back veteran pitcher Max Scherzer on a one-year, $3 million contract that could be worth up to $10 million in incentives.
After the deal happened, FanGraphs projected Toronto to opt for a six-man starting rotation to keep Scherzer, who's started 26 games total the last two seasons, healthy. There's also a possibility the Blue Jays can do what they planned to do last year and move Jose Berrios to the bullpen.
Berrios missed the final month of the regular season and the playoffs with an injury after Toronto moved him off of the starting rotation.
Would you rather the Blue Jays go with a six-man rotation, including Berrios and Scherzer, or move the former to the bullpen?
