Dylan Cease apparently agreed to a seven-year, $210 million contract today with the Toronto Blue Jays. I'm not sure the Cubs would've gone that high, but still discouraging that a big arm is off the market.

Cease had his best years in Chicago with the Sox. Too bad he didn't want to come back to the team that drafted him.
