77 years ago yesterday, more than 200,000 people turned out to celebrate the Cleveland Indians’ World Series victory over the Boston Braves, with a parade stretching from Terminal Tower to University Circle.

The pictures are amazing! I have never seen photos of the parade before that they held after winning the 1948 World Series. So cool to see old downtown Cleveland!
