Guardians Take Day Off on Thursday

There's nothing like a day off that probably makes Cleveland Guardians players smile, outside of winning a World Series.

On Thursday, the Guardians will step away from the diamond before opening a weekend series against the Arizona Diamondbacks on Friday night at Progressive Field.

Mitch Bratt is the probable starter for manager Torey Lovullo's Diamondbacks. As for Cleveland, it will send Tanner Bisbee to the mound.

Guardians fans can watch this game on Guardians.TV Presented by Progressive.
