The Pensacola Blue Wahoos used a 4-run eighth inning to defeat the Chattanooga Lookouts 9-8 on Thursday. The Lookouts scored first on a wild pitch in the first inning. The Blue Wahoos struck back in the second inning with a 3-run rally highlighted by a RBI double by Dylan Jasso, who later homered in the fourth to put Pensacola up 4-1. The Lookouts tied the game 4-4 in the fifth highlighted by singles from Dominic Pitelli and Leo Balcazar. Chattanooga took a 6-4 lead in the sixth on a two-run homer by Pitelli. Brendan Jones drove in a run on a single in the seventh inning to cut the Lookout lead but that effort was negated after a two-run homer by Cade Hunter put Chattanooga up 8-5 in the seventh inning. Michael Snyder doubled, Jasso hit a sac fly and Gage Miller singled to put the Blue Wahoos up in the eighth. Jasso went 2-for-3 with 3 RBI to lead Pensacola.
