The Miami Marlins have officially released their 2026 Spring Training broadcast schedule -- and it appears earlier concerns were accurate.

According to reporting from Fish On First, Marlins.TV won’t debut until the final week of spring, meaning the majority of Grapefruit League games will not have a dedicated Marlins television feed.

Instead, several road games will air on opposing team networks (SNY, Sportsnet, NBC Sports Philadelphia, etc.) or MLB Network, while most home games will be available only via MLB.com audio or Spanish radio on WAQI 710. Marlins.TV is currently scheduled to carry just a couple of games late in camp.

For fans who waited all offseason -- and were excited about the launch of Marlins.TV -- the limited early coverage is understandably frustrating. Spring Training is when roster battles unfold, prospects get extended looks, and new additions take the mound for the first time.

Limited spring broadcasts aren’t unusual league-wide, but expectations were elevated this year because of the new streaming platform rollout.

Does this feel like a reasonable ramp-up — or a missed opportunity to build momentum with fans?
