Carter Johnson collected two hits and a double to lead Single-A Jupiter to a 4-2 win over the St. Lucie Mets on Thursday. Andres Valor singled on a sharp line drive to left field to score Johnson in the third inning, putting Jupiter up 1-0. The Mets got on the scoreboard in the bottom of the third when a pickoff attempt by Hammerheads pitcher Elier Morillo turned into a throwing error, scoring Elian Peña. The Mets took a 2-1 lead in the fourth inning on an RBI single by Sam Robertson. The Hammerheads tied the game 2-2 in the fifth inning as Abrahan Ramirez singled on a ground ball to right field to score Valor. Jupiter took a 3-2 lead in the seventh inning on an RBI single by Emilio Barreras and later scored their fourth run on a fielding error in the ninth.
