Scale of 1-10, ten being screaming at him, what level of blame do you place on Toboni's lack of movement to address the pitching staff? I think 5/6 is valid - we all saw it was coming. Didn't mean a huge contract or splash needed to be made, but the lack of movement and glaring concerns already leave a lot of question marks the rest of the way
