The Philadelphia Phillies entered the bottom of the ninth against the reeling Miami Marlins with a 7-5 lead. They were in position to give the Marlins another defeat.

The Marlins, though, had some fight in them in front of their hometown fans at loanDepot Park in Miami.

Needing two runs to tie the game, Miami ended up scoring three runs off of Phillies' relievers and secured an 8-7 victory. Bryce Harper kicked off the Philadelphia offense with a two-run homer in the first inning, his 22nd homer this season.

In the bottom of the ninth, Miami's Griffin Conine singled Heriberto Hernández home for the game-winning run.
