Noah Davis had a rough outing as the Pittsburgh Pirates lost to the host Minnesota Twins 5-1 on Monday in a Grapefruit League game at Fort Myers, Fla.

Davis (0-2) gave up five runs on six hits in four innings with one walk and one strikeout. Issac Mattson pitched one scoreless inning of relief and has not allowed a run in 6 1/3 innings this spring.

The Pirates’ record dropped to 15-8.
