Pirates' Game Against Yankees Postponed

After a lot of heavy rain found its way into the New York City area, the Pittsburgh Pirates' game against the New York Yankees was postponed.

This means that both teams are going to end up playing a Wednesday day-night doubleheader at Yankee Stadium in the heart of the Bronx.

Mitch Keller gets the start in the first game for Pittsburgh, while Gerrit Cole takes the ball for New York. In the nightcap, Bubba Chandler will go to the mound for the Pirates. As of Tuesday night, the Yankees have not named a starter for Wednesday night's contest.

Yankees manager Aaron Boone might turn the second game into a bullpen game, but it remains to be seen what he does.

Once again, Pirates-Yankees are rained out on Tuesday night.
