The Boston Red Sox made a major move over the weekend by firing manager Alex Cora and several other members of the coaching staff in the midst of a series against the Baltimore Orioles.

In the team's first game with the new/interim coaching staff, the Red Sox beat the Orioles 5-3 on Sunday.

Boston took the overall series with the win.
