I never pretend to know a ton about baseball in general and certainly don't know the ins and outs of what a hitting coach does on a day to day basis so I'm genuinely asking, how big of a deal is this? 

I know at times over the past couple of years when the Tigers have actually been pretty good, they've still struggled to score runs at times. Is that on him? 

I guess just wondering overall what this is going to look like moving forward.
