Per the transaction wire, the Tigers signed three pitchers who more than likely start the season in Toledo.

RHP Woo-Suk Go, who was signed over the summer, comes back to Toledo. Go was previously in Miami, pitched originally in Korea, spending seven seasons as a reliever. Still needs to walk on limiting his walks before getting any type of major league consideration, walking 11 in 21 innings of work in Toledo.

RHP Scott Effross was originally drafted by the Cubs and spent time with Chicago and most recently, the Yankees. He posted an ERA of 5.06 in 26.2 innings pitched in three seasons with the Yankees, missing the 2023 season due to injury.

Lastly, RHP Dylan File spent time in Seattle but was originally drafted by the Brewers and spent a season in Korea. No official word yet from the team if any of these pitchers will get an invite to spring training.
