Former Bulls staffer rising up in coaching

According to Michael Scotto of HoopsHype, former Chicago Bulls video coordinator Chris Kent has been hired as the head coach of the Austin Spurs, the G League affiliate of the San Antonio Spurs.
From the Spurs' press release, here was Kent's path:
- 2013-15: Fort Wayne Mad Ants coaching intern (Pacers G League)
- 2015-17: Florida State graduate assistant
- 2017-18: South Florida director of player development
- 2018-19: Chicago Bulls coaching intern
- 2019-22: Chicago Bulls video coordinator
- 2022-23: Windy City Bulls assistant coach (Bulls G League)
- 2023-25: Rip City Remix assistant coach (Trail Blazers G League)
- 2025-26: Florida State assistant coach and director of player development
