For the second time in as many years, Chicago Bulls forward Matas Buzelis will compete in the Rising Stars challenge!

The Rising Stars event, which will be played during All-Star Weekend on Friday, Feb. 13, features a mini four-team tournament. Captains Carmelo Anthony, Vince Carter and Tracy McGrady will draft teams of the 21-player pool of rookies and sophomores, while Austin Rivers will coach a team of entirely G League players.
