The Cleveland Cavaliers are on the road for two straight games in South Beach against the Miami Heat at the Kaseya Center! I'll be live updating this page throughout the night.

The Cavs will be without Larry Nance Jr. (left knee contusion), Luke Travers, and Chris Livingston. Max Strus remains out as well.
Starters:
Cavs - Garland, Mitchell, Hunter, Mobley, Allen
Heat - Mitchell, Powell, Larsson, Wiggins, Ware
FIRST QUARTER
Back-to-back games open with De'Andre Hunter getting the first basket. Nice pick-and-roll combo with Darius Garland and Jarrett Allen, who found him in the corner.
Allen has been in a zone for the last week. I know he didn't have his greatest night last Saturday on the back-to-back, but when he gets rest, you do not want to play against this guy.
Cavs off to a 15-5 getaway as Erik Spoelstra calls for time at the 6:45 mark.
Jaylon Tyson and Sam Merrill are the first two off the bench for Mitchell and Allen. That's new.
Lonzo Ball next up for Hunter. The Heat are playing a faster pace and picking things up.
Miami's tied it up with 3:50 left in the period. Jaime Jaquez Jr.'s done some really solid work. He's had a good season early so far.
It feels like Tyson has 10 rebounds already. This man is relentless on the glass.
Merrill and Ball stopped a free bucket from happening as Nikola Jovic was in transition. Great hustle.
END 1Q: Cavs 30, Heat 25.
SECOND QUARTER
Craig Porter Jr. and Dean Wade are in now with Merrill, Mitchell, and Mobley.
Who is this team and what have they done with the Miami Heat?
Long freaking quarter with the stoppages and reviews. It's always the second...
There's a reason that the Cavs are fourth in the league in steals. Deflections galore.
Both teams are starting to make shots as we draw nearer to the half, but the Heat are on a mini-run here. Norman Powell with a pump fake and hit on a fly by where Wade had to scramble to split the difference and Garland had to contest late.
Garland was visibly frustrated after he went to the floor on a foul he draw on Nikola Jovic. Looks like he was in some pain.
The Heat ended that half on a big run with the quickness, but Tyson got a kick-out three from a driving Merrill. Cavs down at the half by nine. Second quarters have not been friendly to Cleveland.
Cavs went 6 of 26 from long distance and are 20 of 53 from the field. Not sloppy, but definitely stagnant period.
HALF: Heat 62, Cavs 53
THIRD QUARTER
Defense is still scrambling around, but the Cavs are starting to find some offensive momentum. De'Andre Hunter good minutes out of the gate. Norman Powell is already up to 21 though.
Donovan Mitchell took a shot to the mush inadvertently from Andrew Wiggins and has a bloody nose. He's going back to the locker room.
Mitchell's back on the floor and all patched up.
Garland just committed a foul on purpose to come out of the game. He's grimacing on his way back to the locker room.
There is certainly a lack of rhythm with Cleveland right now, but it's still a game within reach. Heat lead it 92-81 after Mitchell's gliding layup.
Garland is out of the rest of the game with a left toe injury, and he'll be evaluated postgame.
The Cavs are making a run after a couple of Dean Wade triples. They're down 96-90.
Cleveland's got 13 fouls in the third period. It has been an uphill climb.
Kenny Atkinson got tossed by Scott Foster after arguing with Mitchell on the free-throw line.
Heat are up 101-92 at the end of three. I didn't retain much from that quarter because of all that was going on.
END 3Q: Heat 101, Cavs 92.
FOURTH QUARTER
Sam Merrill's knocked down four triples in maybe a minute of game time. The Cavs have tied this thing up at 106 with 9:15 to go. Wow.
Lonzo Ball with two huge offensive boards and a three, huge sequence. He took on Jovic and Larsson to get those and got the ball back. That was awesome.
Powell is having himself a night. Hunter was all up in his business and knocked down a fadeaway middie. Heat up 105-101 with just over six minutes to play.
Bodies are hitting the floor on both sides. It's getting bumpy!
It always cracks me up when people say NBA players don't play defense. Watch this game and look at this track meet and get back to me. I'm exhausted just looking at it!
Hunter with an incredible denial of Ware's alley-oop try! He had a great and-one earlier over the top of Jovic too.
Evan Mobley putback, Evan Mobley block, Evan Mobley three-ball on pick-and-pop from Hunter. What a sequence in the final moments. Hunter's been huge too.
Jaquez gets a spinner to go down over Tyson. Mitchell misses a three at the buzzer for the win. We're heading to OT at 128 apiece.
END 4Q: Cavs 128, Heat 128.
OVERTIME
John Michael says on the broadcast that the Cavs have taken 111 shot attempts to Miami's 89. The difference has been the free-throw attempts.
The Heat's perimeter defense has been phenomenal tonight. Every driving bucket the Cavs are trying has been tough. Mobley just got a big one down three with an and-one eight-footer.
I mean, this is a game that both teams have earned the right to win.
Are you serious Donovan Mitchell... an INSANE three ball after another offensive rebound for Cleveland. The Cavs will NOT go away. It's tied at 138 AGAIN!
The Heat just won on an inbound alley-oop to Wiggins from Jovic side out. Cavs have lost at the horn in overtime, 140-138.
