The Cleveland Cavaliers are on the road against the Orlando Magic in the first game of a home-and-home series! I'll be live updating this page throughout the night.

The Cavs will be without De'Andre Hunter (right knee soreness), Darius Garland (right great toe sprain), Sam Merrill (right hand sprain), Luke Travers (two-way), Chris Livingston (two-way), and Max Strus. The Magic will be without Franz Wagner (left ankle soreness) and Colin Castleton (two-way).

STARTERS:

Magic - Black, Suggs, Bane, Banchero, Carter

Cavs - Mitchell, Tyson, Wade, Mobley, Allen

FIRST QUARTER

Donovan Mitchell's got the right ideas but wrong results with his pocket passes. Three early turnovers.

Good aggressiveness being shown from the Cavs, with Mitchell and Evan Mobley doing the brunt of the damage.

Dang, the Magic can't miss from deep to start. Anthony Black's looking great. Desmond Bane's hit two as well.

Cavs have six early turnovers, which Orlando's scored seven points off of.

The lineup to close these last moments: Ball-Porter-Proctor-Tomlin-Nance. That's an athletic one, but offensively, not so sure.

END 1Q: Magic 32, Cavs 22

ORL: Bane 10p, 2r, stl. Black 7p, 3stl, 1a. Carter 6p, 3r, 1a. Banchero 5p, 2r, 2a. Suggs 4p, 2a.

CLE: Mitchell 10p, 1r, 1a. Mobley 8p, blk.

SECOND QUARTER

Orlando's getting some shots to fall tonight, but they are leaving a lot at the rim. That's something to pay attention to for later.

Donovan Mitchell's got 21 points in 12 minutes. He's 7-of-9 from the field, including 4-of-5 from deep. Helpful on a night where the Magic are guarding well. Orlando's lead down to 42-39.

Unlike Saturday, neither of these teams are really getting to the line. It's been pretty even so far.

The Magic have been whistled for two defensive three seconds.

Cavs have to do whatever they can to keep Dean Wade fresh because he's been big time. Aside from the first game against OKC, he's looked really spry since coming back from that knee contusion.

This second quarter has taken forever and ever and ever.

Ridiculous shot over the rookie to beat the buzzer to give the Cavs a five-point lead at half.

HALF: Cavs 61, Magic 56

ORL: Bane 15p, 3r, blk, stl. Banchero 14p, 3r, 2a. Black 9p, 3stl, 3a, 2r. Carter 9p, 5r, 1a, blk.

CLE: Mitchell 26p, 2r, 2a, stl. Mobley 13p, 2blk, 1r. Allen 6p, 2r, 1a. Wade 4p, 4r, stl.

THIRD QUARTER

Stating the obvious, but I'd be surprised if Don didn't score 50 at this rate. He's at 34 minutes and basically has a whole half left.

The Mitchell-Tyson two-man game is expanding now with the extra pass. That is looking mighty good.

It's been a pretty solid third quarter. Competitive. Less sloppy.

END 3Q: Cavs 91, Magic 81

ORL: Banchero 29p, 8r, 3a. Bane 17p, 3r, blk, stl. Black 12p, 4a, 3r, 3stl. Carter 9p, 7r, blk.

CLE: Mitchell 38p, 3r, 3a. Mobley 16p, 6r, 2blk, 1a. Tyson 12p, 4r, 4a, blk, stl. Allen 9p, 3r, 1a. Porter 4p, 5r, 5a.

FOURTH QUARTER

The Magic can't buy an interior bucket. This is crazy.

Cavs and Orlando are pretty much exchanging stops instead of buckets.

THIS is the Paolo Banchero that gets to his spots and moves bodies. Not whatever he was doing the first three quarters on Saturday.

Cavs are up 106-96 with 2:55 remaining in regulation.

FINAL: Cavs 114, Magic 98.
