Did Doc Rivers Underachieve With Boston Celtics?

Yes, he's deserving of the Hall of Fame honor, but should he have done more with the Celtics? Probably should've gotten at least one more title with the Celtics. Couldn't close out the Lakers in 2010 and Heat in 2012 despite holding 3-2 leads.
