The trade deadline has passed, and Ja Morant is still with the Memphis Grizzlies.
Memphis spent weeks gauging the market, signaled a broader reset by moving Jaren Jackson Jr., and ultimately came away without a deal for Morant. That leaves the franchise in an unusual middle ground — beginning a rebuild in some areas while holding onto its most recognizable star.
So we want to hear from you:
Do you see this as the right call, given Morant’s contract, injuries, and recent tension with the organization? Or was this a missed opportunity to fully turn the page and commit to a clean rebuild?
Is keeping Morant a short-term pause before another attempt this offseason — or a sign the Grizzlies still believe he can be part of the next version of the team?
