Heat Value Progression More Than A Winless Preseason

The Miami Heat lost to the Memphis Grizzlies in Friday's preseason finale, completing a winless preseason. However, star center Bam Adebayo and recently-acquired guard Norman Powell care more about the strides the team is making.

"Just looking at how we're developing — offensive, defensively, coming together as a unit, holding each other accountable," Powell said after Friday's loss. "I just look at the progression rather than the overall record of the preseason."

What are your thoughts on the team valuing process over the outcome?
