Soooooooo what's the Heat's long-term plan?

The Heat appear to be on a collision course with the Play-In Tournament once again this season. I don't think they'll ever willingly rebuild as long as Pat Riley is in charge, but are they really just going to hope a big fish like Giannis says that he'll only play for Miami?
After beating the Pelicans tonight, the Heat are 29-27 on the season and the No. 8 seed in the Eastern Conference. There aren't a ton of big-name free agents this summer, and Miami doesn't have desirable assets for a star unless it trades Tyler Herro or Kel'el Ware.
Even though the Heat probably won't blow it all up and trade Bam... should they? Or are they just bound to keep doing this dance forever?
