The Sacramento Kings have given former No. 13 overall pick in the 2024 NBA Draft Devin Carter room to improve in the second half of this season.

Carter's increased his overall productivity and has shown real, consistent upside on the defensive end. Unfortunately, his three-point shot remains totally nonexistent. 

Over his past five outings, the 23-year-old guard remains a non-factor from distance, connecting on just 0.2 of his 3.6 attempts from three-point range (5.6%).

The rest of this campaign is all about development for Sacramento, but should Doug Christie still push Carter to hoist up tries from long-range?
