De'Andre Hunter took his first step into getting used to the Sacramento Kings on Wednesday. 

By addressing the media outlets and reporters who'll soon cover him in this transition. 

Hunter spoke to the Sacramento media for the first time since the trade from the Cleveland Cavaliers. He liked the "good energy here" inside the Kings' facility.

Hunter promises to bring versatility on both ends and become "just a guy who plays hard" every single night. 

Wednesday became his debut with Sacramento against the Memphis Grizzlies.
