The Sacramento Kings enter Friday with the league's worst record at 12-40. 

There's good news, though, for fans hoping Sacramento lands the top pick in the 2026 NBA Draft. 

Sacramento lands at No. 1 in the latest projections released Thursday. 

Already there are Kings fans hoping to see AJ Dybantsa land in the state capitol of California. The more they lose, the higher the chances increase of that happening.
