The Dallas Mavericks' star rookie is feeling the aches and pains of his new life in the NBA.
"No injuries. I'm a little banged up," top pick Cooper Flagg said after last game. "It's a lot of games, that's a little different; you know not as much time in-between so I think the body is adjusting. I'm getting with strength coaches, medical staff and everybody. I'll be alright."
Flagg had a wrap on his right thumb and was seen grabbing at his left shoulder at times in Dallas' home loss to the Phoenix Suns on Wednesday.
He is averaging over 32 minutes played a night and has not yet missed a game.
Flagg is averaging 15.1 points, 6.8 rebounds, 3.3 assists and 1.4 steals per game.
How much will he be forced to shoulder the load (pun intended) as Dallas continues struggling with injuries?
