Ausar Thompson 360 no-scoped a half-court buzzer beater against the Nets earlier tonight after one of his signature pickpockets, and I can't stop thinking about how the third-year point forward can still develop into such a complete player.

If Ausar's jumper improves heading into next season, the NBA is going to have a serious problem on their hands. Thompson has lifted his free throw percentage of late, so there is tangible evidence to rely on that he can shoot the basketball. The issue is just getting Ausar to do so consistently and in high-leverage positions during the course of an NBA game.

The Pistons can still work on that facet, but when they do... the league better watch out.
