According to ESPN's analytics department, the Detroit Pistons and Cleveland Cavaliers are the two most likely teams to reach the Eastern Conference Finals this season. Now, the Pistons have worked to establish a 7.5 game lead over the Cavs at this stage of the year, but the season series behind the two squads is knotted at one win apiece. However, I personally think that the Boston Celtics are the Pistons' biggest competition in the East at the moment, especially with the possibility that Jayson Tatum could provide a late-season boost to the C's as well.

If we could jump a couple months into the future, which two teams from the Eastern Conference do you think will be battling it out in May with a trip to the NBA Finals on the line?
