In the postseason, Pistons forward Ausar Thompson has dominant in two very distinct areas. One is on the defensive end, which is where Thompson is known to be one of the most aggressive, lethal perimeter defenders in the entire NBA after his third-place finish in the Defensive Player of the Year voting. The other facet of AT's playoff performance has been his penchant for offensive rebounding and generating second-chance points for the Pistons. When you put the two together, Thompson grades out better than any other player in the league with the first round nearly expired.

Does it surprise you to see top right Ausar?
