According to ESPN reporters Ramona Shelburne and Alexa Philippou, the Rockets' ownership is apparently looking at buying the WNBA's Connecticut Sun and moving the team to Houston.

This whole time, I figured the Boston Celtics group would try to keep them in the New England area, but it looks like the Rockets are swooping in. Houston has not had a WNBA team since the Comets, which folded in 2008 and won four consecutive championships from 1997-2000.
