The Houston Rockets could be a threat in the West after a solid offseason

After falling in six games to the Los Angeles Lakers in the first round of the NBA Playoffs, the Houston Rockets made a few moves such as bringing in Marcus Smart Bogdan Bogdanovic to add more veterans to what is a very young team.
Additionally, the Rockets will be getting Fred VanVleet back from injury, which should help the offense tremendously. However, in a stacked Western Conference, Houston will still need to play to their potential if they want to make a deep run. So, that brings up two questions.
Do the Rockets have the pieces on roster that they need to compete for a Western Conference title, or do they need to make another move?
