There hasn't been a team in the NBA that has done an exceptional job at rrebuildding its team like the San Antonio Spurs.
They haven't made the playoffs since 2018-19, but some could argue that the playoffs (or at least the Play In) was very realistic last season before Victor Wembanyama was forced to miss the season with deep vein thrombosis.
So it bears the question... is this team a playoff team?
The current depth chart looks like:
PG: De'Aaron Fox (out with a hamstring injury until early November)
SG: Stephon Castle
SF: Devin Vassell
PF: Harrison Barnes
C: Victor Wembanyama
Bench:
Jordan McLaughlin
Dylan Harper
Keldon Johnson
Jeremy Sochan
Luke Kornet
Kelly Olynyk
Carter Bryant
Julian Champagnie
Lindy Waters III
Bismack Biyombo
That's not a terrible looking team whatsoever.
