A "yimby" is someone who promotes neighborhood development to improve quality of life over property values. Things like mixed-use spaces, bike/pedestrian lanes over car usage, and making it easier for small businesses to operate in high-traffic areas. Basically, being anti-suburban.

Said Victor Wembanyama after playing in Boston: "It's pretty cool, pretty walkable, unlike many American cities."

He's absolutly right, and it makes sense why Boston is one of the most sought-after cities to live in in the country. Is Wembanyama bringing some European urban design to the states?
