Chet Holmgren has more than his fair share of basketball hardship and adversity in his young career, but he would not allow any comparisons for what he went through and Nikola Topić fighting for his life and overcoming cancer to return to the floor for the Thunder tonight in his NBA regular season debut.

"Anybody who's battling cancer is fighting for their life, and I could never begin to understand what that's like. It just speaks to the strength of Top and who he is as a person... We're all just so happy that he was able to battle through that, get back to playing. You see a lot bigger smile on his face when he's able to be out there with his shoes on."
