The result wasn't perfect, as Oklahoma City lost to Houston, but Jared McCain had a successful debut for the Thunder, showing flashes of what he is capable of as a player and making a positive impact on the floor despite the difficult circumstances of switching teams on such a short turnaround.

After the game, I asked his new teammate, Chet Holmgren, about his initial impressions of playing with McCain.
