WATCH: Jared McCain says he learned a lot from Shai during their offseason workouts in Canada

Jared McCain made a lot of trips this summer to visit his Thunder teammates, but most famously made his way up to Canada to spend time and train with Shai Gilgeous-Alexander.

This is what Jared had to say about what he learned from his time working out with SGA in his hometown and home country.

“Being able to work out with him was really cool for me because I sent him a text asking him, like, what does he do in the offseason, just some random question, he was like, just come out (to Canada) and so we planned it and he just said come out for a week…. It was really cool just to see him on the court, off the court, with his family; just being able to take notes from that and apply it to my game has been awesome.”
