WATCH: Mark Daigneault calls the Thunder "Oklahoma's team" ahead of the preseason game in Tulsa on Tuesday

We're close to having real Thunder basketball back in action, as the Thunder take on the Pelicans Tuesday night in their first preseason game in Tulsa.

The Thunder skipped last year, but they've hosted preseason games in Tulsa before for fans who may not otherwise be able to watch in person unless they drive down to OKC.

Today at training camp, Mark Daigneault spoke about the team's game in Tulsa.

“We understand we’re the state of Oklahoma’s team. We’re the professional sports team in the state. So we're grateful for the fans, certainly in the city, but also all around the state.”
