If you should know one thing about Chet Holmgren, it is that he loves the game of basketball. Throughout his early NBA career, there have been a lot of roadblocks in the form of injuries that would have derailed many other players and their love for the game, but not Chet, as he continues to just get better and better.

After the Thunder's Game 1 win over the Lakers, Shai Gilgeous-Alexander spoke about Chet's incredible work ethic and burning desire to keep getting better as a basketball player.

“You can just tell how much he cares about the game and his game. Like he really wants to maximize his potential... A guy who wants to be the best version of himself gives himself the best chance to get there, and it usually works out for guys like that. He just wants it really bad.”
