Washington and New Orleans doesn't strike chords in NBA fans over the team matchup. Both teams are likely to finish around the bottom of the league. However, the rookie will be the stars of the night.

New Orleans comes to town with two rookies siting top-ten in the NBA's rookie ladder. Jeremiah Fears, who was taken one pick after Washington's Tre Johnson, plays the team that passed on his point guard services.

Fears has been up and down in his rookie season, but he checks in at 8th on the rookie ladder, two spots ahead of Johnson.

Johnson has surged since returning from injury, raising his three-point percentage above 40%, which is second-best among rookies.

Lastly, Derik Queen makes his return to the area. Queen, who hails from Baltimore, MD, and grew up close friends with Bub Carrington, has been one of the most exciting rookies this year.

Sitting at 4th on the rookie ladder, Queen leads all rookies in assists and rebounds. He's also chipped in for just under 14 points per game.
