Billy Richmond III's Current Status

Does anyone know what the status of Billy Richmond III is with Arkansas? He hasn't entered the portal nor has he declared for the draft. In my opinion it's best if he sticks around another year in college, he could be a lottery pick next year for sure. This draft is loaded. But he is an nba ready type player.
