
Long snappers don't get the recognition they deserve, and that's what the Patrick Mannelly Award is for. The Mannelly Award is the annual college football award that recognizes the best long snapper in the country. The Award for first presented in 2019, named after former NFL long snapper Patrick Mannelly who played 16 seasons for the Chicago Bears. This year, Rocco Underwood joins 9 other players as a semi-finalist. The finalists will be announced Monday, December 1st, and the award winner will be announced Saturday, December 13th in Lake Bluff, Illinois.
