Florida State looks to be in the process of completing a new commitment. 

Chris Hummer of 247Sports logged a crystal ball prediction for Illinois State safety CJ Richard to choose the Seminoles. Hummer announced the prediction on Saturday night. 

Richard earned Freshman All-American honors for an Illinois State team that became a Cinderella in the Football Championship Subdivision ranks, as ISU played for the national title. 

This could also mean FSU and Mike Norvell will find the replacement for Earl Little Jr., who left via the transfer portal.
