The former Florida State commit remains interested in the Seminoles despite his previous decommitment. 

But Tom Loy of 247Sports cites two frontrunners for Scott -- Oklahoma and Tennessee, calling them "the two programs in the best position to land Scott."

Whether the Sooners or the Volunteers is the safety's favorite, Loy revealed who's gaining the lead. 

"I would say the Sooners staff is the one feeling the best about their chances," Loy said.
